The path surrounding the cells in the main cellblock. Inmates were often permitted to walk this path during the day, and many left note, sums, and sketches on the walls.

This stove is part of the Monticello Old Jail Museum's collection. It is a Hotpoint Automatic built by General Electric.

Inmates used the painted walls to record their time inside the main cellblock in the Monticello's old jail.
